You can tell when a noodle shop isn’t just another copy-and-paste concept. From the moment we walked in, you could see the level of investment put into the space, kitchen, equipment, and overall customer experience. Everything felt thoughtfully designed — from the interior vibe to the presentation of the dishes. The broth had depth, the noodles are green color had great texture, and you could tell they didn’t cut corners on ingredients. In a time where many places focus more on trends than quality, it’s refreshing to see a business willing to invest heavily into doing things right. Bolsa definitely needed a spot like this. Wishing the team a successful grand opening and hoping the community continues to support businesses that bring real quality and effort to the table 🍜🔥

The food here is good. It’s a really nice restaurant and decor is on point. The share menu needs a little tweaking in my opinion for its price point. They don’t have a lot of options for the set menu which makes it not as appealing. Kind of a waste to have such a nice place but limited options.

It’s currently still their soft opening so I’d say give them some grace if things aren’t moving as efficient because they’re truly trying their absolute best! Food is phenomenal, wow and no bad notes to say. They have perfected their craft and it shows. They’ve elevated their noodles at their second location and it’s chewier, bouncier and a perfect texture for someone who loves their noodles like this. The broth is flavourful while being so light and compliments every ingredient in the noodle bowl so well. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients with the first bite you take! My favorite is the dry egg noodle with special chicken. Omg their special chicken is some of the best chicken I’ve had. So flavourful, juicy and tender. I would go back and order extra chicken. Next would be their congee with fresh shrimp. Wow! Haven’t come across a congee dish as flavourful and executed as perfectly as this. I know it seems so simple but I can’t wait to order this dish again. Then would be their fried rice with salted fish with extra scallop. If you ever get the chance to order this. Do it. This restaurant has become a top in my books and I can’t wait to come back again.
